NEEDLES Drop Jackson Pollock-Esque Ghillie Sneakers
Americana reworked.

Cult Japanese brand NEEDLES filters elements of vintage Americana in the latest iteration of the paint-splattered Ghillie Sneakers. Birthed by veteran Japanese designer Keizo Shimizu, the brand smoothly connects design cues from both cultures.
An impressive follow up from last season’s tie-dye collection, the low-top canvas sneaker provides multi-textile structures that challenge the rigorous forms of the retro American silhouette, offering an instant sentiment to the NEEDLES’ cross-cultural aesthetic.
The purple and navy colorway features a Jackson Pollock-esque white paint splatter across the whole sneaker, assembled with a round rubber cap toe and tonal lace-up closure. The rubber midsole in pink features an embossed logo at heel, matched with a treaded rubber outsole in burgundy and silver-tone hardware.
The sneaker is also available in a purple & white paint asymmetric colorway, priced at approximately $455 USD (£347 GBP) the shoe is now available at SSENSE.
