Unimatic Crafts a Limited Edition Chronodiver Perfect For Fashion-Minded Adventurers
Made in Italy with a Seiko movement.
Italian micro-brand Unimatic has updated its previous U3 Chronograph for the outdoor adventurer, creating a sleek performance U3-F Chronodiver perfect for both the city and the sea.
Retaining most of the design sensibilities of the Chronograph, the new Chronodiver carries a robust 40mm brushed stainless steel case with an upgraded unidirectional bezel holding a professional diver insert crafted in black aluminum. Sitting comfortably in the case under a 2.5mm double-domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal is a minimalist matte black dial adorned with Super LumiNova indices and two 60-minute and 24-hour sub-dials controlled via two screw-down chrono pushers. The timepiece is then powered by a Meca-quartz calibre Seiko VK64 movement, losing up to only 20 seconds per month. Protected by an engraved Unimatic world timer screw-down caseback featuring the watch’s sample number, the Chronodiver can dive to depths of 300m fully water-resistant. The timepiece is then finished with a rugged black NATO strap as well as a Pelican-styled shock-proof carrying case.
