Neil Young is releasing an album soon with Crazy Horse, titled Colorado, and fans will get a chance to see a detailed behind-the-scenes of the making of the album via a documentary called Mountaintop.

Colorado marks seven years since the Canadian rock legend collaborated with Crazy Horse – Psychedelic Pill, which released back in 2012. Fans can appreciate the two coming together once again, complementing each other’s unique sound on top of their lyrical prowess. The trailer shows vignettes of cathartic jam sessions coupled with scrupulous editing, a humbling sight for people as well seasoned as the two artists. Mountaintop marks the first of 15 upcoming films Young plans on making. Colorado is slated to release on October 25, while Mountaintop will be playing at select theaters in North America on October 23, followed by Europe and South America on November 18.

Scroll above for a look at the trailer for Mountaintop and see below for two new singles, “Milky Way” and “Rainbow of Colors,” unveiled ahead of the release of Colorado.

Elsewhere, Big Thief’s new album Two Hands is raw, quaint and cathartic all at once.
