Breathtaking panoramic views of California’s Yosemite National Park with an unexpected back story.
Following the release of Toro Y Moi’s latest album, What For?, the American recording artist and producer has released an interesting video for the single “Half Dome.” In style akin to previous Toro Y Moi productions, the video is wholly psychedelic and enchanting as we are treated to a series of breathtaking time-lapse videos shot from within California’s Yosemite National Park. Filmed by photographer R. Adam Prieto, whom of which Chaz Bundick met atop the real Half Dome granite formation in the eastern quarter of the Yosemite Valley, the video references panoramic views of the Half Dome in quick succession throughout its chorus.
