Krondon & Shafiq Husayn Announce New Album and Video as The White Boiz

On October 2, Krondon & Shafiq Husayn will release their Neighborhood Wonderful album under the group moniker White Boiz via Stones Throw Records. The entire album is produced by Grammy Award Winning, Shafiq Husayn and also features Thundercat, Anderson Paak, Chace Infinite and others Neighborhood Wonderful and it’s beginnings began on Krondon’s birthday in 2011. After a couple of years of deep talks on race and the state of blackness in white America, the musical connection started to fall into place with early recordings and appearances on separate solo projects in 2013. This upcoming album brings those conversation into the music – a 14-track conversation between the two, and also among master teacher Moors and every day hustlers and ghetto fighters.
