Kendrick Lamar pulled a fast one on close collaborator, label-mate and friend Jay Rock this morning. While appearing as a guest on LA radio station Power 106’s The Lift Off, Jay Rock received a very adoring, thirsty call from a diehard “female” fan. Although it was a brief exchange, the remarks about liking those who are “tall, dark and handsome,” the repeated attempts at snatching the Watts lyricist’s digits and Jay Rock’s admission to being on Tinder are worth a couple minutes of your time. From the sound of things, Jay Rock, Kendrick and the rest of the TDE camp definitely have a lot of fun joking around with each other. Listen to Power 106’s recording of the call above.
