J. Cole's '2014 Forest Hills Drive' Has Sold One Million Copies
It’s his first million-selling album.

According to Nielsen Music, J. Cole‘s 2014 Forest Hills Drive has moved 6,000 copies in the week ending September 3, bringing total sales numbers to 1.004 million. It is worth pointing out that this marks Jermaine’s first million-selling album in the U.S. The album was released in December of 2014 and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, becoming his third consecutive No. 1. The North Carolina native’s previous LP’s, Born Sinner (released in 2013) has sold 747,000 while his first album, Cole World: The Sideline Story (released in 2011) has moved 772,000 in total. In addition, he’s also currently holding the top position ib the Adult R&B Songs airplay chart, but with a song that isn’t on his album: Janet Jackson’s “No Sleeep.” Big up.
