One Direction To Disband In March

When Zayn Malik first quit the The X Factor boyband One Direction, many wondered the path the remaining members would take. While their fans remained optimistic about the future of the band, some were doubtful about their continuance. The four remaining members — Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson — are currently on tour and have a fifth studio album on the way. However, following a crunch meeting in London last weekend, the band will not embark on a tour to promote the album and will instead begin a hiatus “for at least a year” to focus on solo projects.
