Levi's Fall/Winter 2018 Collection Is Designed for the Contemporary Sneakerhead
Nostalgic but modern.
With the success of the denim brand’s recent forays into the sneaker world still fresh, Levi’s Fall/Winter 2018 collection is taking a page out of the playbook of sneaker and streetwear brands by producing a collection inspired by the biggest contemporary trends. With a range of bold, faded prints that reference designs of the 80s and 90s, logos running down the leg seam, as well as grunge-inspired faded denim, cropped cuts and high waists, the newest batch is designed to fit seamlessly into the wardrobe of the modern urban trendsetter. Unique to the collection are the Hi-Ball Roll and Lo-Ball Stack Taper jeans, two new cuts that boast a narrower ankle, built to allow space for the wearer’s sneakers. The Hi-Ball Roll falls to a cropped, tapered leg that sits just above the ankle, whilst the Lo-Ball Stack features an extra long in-seam, creating a scrunched up look to purposefully sit above a pair of sneakers without smothering them.
