Farfetch Files Registration for IPO
The fashion marketplace could be valued at around $5 billion USD.

London-based fashion marketplace Farfetch has filed a registration statement for an IPO. Details about the listing are scarce, although the company will float its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “FTCH.” The number of shares and the price range have yet to be announced.
Earlier this year, it was reported that Farfetch was seeking a $5 billion USD valuation and that it had begun laying the groundwork for its flotation. The IPO comes after a successful period for Farfetch, which has included a partnership with Condé Nast and an augmented retail experience with Chanel.
