2Pac’s ‘All Eyez On Me’ Goes Diamond

Big posthumous honors for 2Pac. 18 years after the release of All Eyez On Me, the timeless double LP has finally been certified Diamond by the RIAA. Pac’s fifth LP passed the five million shipped units mark this week, making it reach the 10x platinum mark under the double album rule. Thus, All Eyez On Me joins an illustrious list of rap albums that sold more than 10 million times, including OutKast’s SpeakerBoxxx/The Love Below, Eminem’s The Marshall Mathers LP and The Eminem Show, MC Hammer’s Please Hammer, Don’t Hurt ‘Em and Biggie’s Life After Death, as well as his very own Greatest Hits.
