'Death Stranding' E3 2018 Trailer Reveals Both Norman Reedus and Léa Seydoux
Another crazy trailer from visionary Hideo Kojima.
Death Stranding appeared for Sony’s E3 conference for a third consecutive year and after its latest trailer last December, fans finally got to see gameplay from developer Hideo Kojima‘s latest project. Norman Reedus plays the average working man protagonist Sam Bridges as he’s delivering and saving hostages in a number of harsh environments like rainy jungles, high mountains and more.
The trailer also features the shadowy entities from previous trailers and how they’re implemented in the gameplay. We also are introduced to two new characters, one played by French actress Léa Seydoux — who spouts confusing Kojima rhetoric and eats a maggot — and the other played by Lindsay Wagner.
Their introduction raises more question than what the trailer answers, and although there’s still no release date, we know the PlayStation-exclusive will also include Guillermo del Toro and Mads Mikkelson in key roles.
Check out the footage and then watch the newest gameplay trailer for The Last of Us Part II.
