Rick Owens & Birkenstock Debut Spring/Summer 2018 Lookbook
A closer look at the premium footwear.
After offering a first look at the collaboration, Rick Owens debuts a lookbook showcasing its collaborative Birkenstock range. Encompassing slouchy socks and 13 remastered silhouettes, the collection offers plenty of luxurious fur and sturdy leather, blending Owens’ signature dark designs with Birkenstock’s classic styles. Army felt, suede, leather and cow fur appear on the uppers of the shoes, executed in muted neutral tones and subtly elevated with extra-long straps. Complementing the goods are a trio of knitted socks for maximum summer sun coverage.
