Mac DeMarco & Melanie Faye Deliver Nothing But Soul for "Eternally 12"
Faye is definitely one to pay attention to.
A month after covering Radiohead’s “High And Dry,” Mac DeMarco teams up with a fast-rising, exceptionally-talented Nashville musician named Melanie Faye for a new collaborative cut. The pair have released a video for a soulful new instrumental effort known as “Eternally 12,” choosing to playfully hide behind masks as the song’s strings unfold. Previously, the 19-year-old Faye gained recognition from Willow Smith, SZA, Beyonce’s lead guitarist Bibi McGill and others; her debut EP is set to arrive in the near future.
