It looks like Kesha‘s ongoing legal battle with Sony and her alleged rapist Dr. Luke is far from over. Today, the singer gave an update on the situation in the shape of an Instagram selfie and a caption, where she claims she was offered her “freedom” if she were to lie and “apologize publicly and say that [she] never got raped” without specifying the other party.
