adidas’s iconic Samba silhouette, although around for years, is enjoying a moment in the spotlight with news of a potential collab alongside BAPE and earlier seen in a tonal “Gum” pack. The throwback runner recently took on yet another contemporary upgrade, this time employing the sportswear giant’s signature Primeknit construction all throughout the upper.
The sock-like base highlights black all the way around, as contrasting hits of white make its way onto the side panel Three Stripes and heel collar. A brown-hued sole unit rounds out the new design. Priced at $120 USD, the new adidas Samba Primeknit will land at select retailers sometime next month.
