adidas Originals Upgrades the Twinstrike Silhouette in Luxe Nappa Leather
In a stripped back “Core Black” colorway.

For its latest release, adidas Originals has revealed a new take on the Twinstrike silhouette, which has mostly been an adidas Consortium sneaker since it made its debut last year. The new version of the shoe sees a range of the sneaker’s technical elements replaced by new luxe touches.
The most significant change is the use of a premium Nappa leather for the upper, which replaces the usual ClimaCool mesh upper. The leather is offset with touches of nubuck on the lacing system and heel. Rather than some of the brightly-colored releases in the past, this Twinstrike colorway sees it stripped back into “Core Black” with subtle white accents on the EVA midsole tooling and reflective Twinstrike branding.
Priced at $235 USD, the ”Tri-Color” adidas Twinstrike ADV is available now at retailers like HBX.
In related news, the adidas Originals Stan Smith recently emerged with floral embroidered detailing.
