Still unclear if Jordan will star in the project.
Michael B. Jordan follows up his stellar performance in the box office smash Black Panther with news of him next moving into the production chair. According to Variety, the Creed star is set to produce the World War II-themed action-drama The Liberators! through his Outlier Society Productions camp.
The film revolves around “the 761st regiment in World War II, an entirely African-American combat unit whose heroism led to the desegregation of the armed forces.” It is still yet to be confirmed if Jordan, himself, will star in the project, however, has announced that his Outlier Society Productions team is in the process of adopting a contract addendum — requiring studios to hire a diverse crew/cast for any given project.
