This is something that has been announced a long time ago but many doubted that this collaboration would ever come to fruition. In an interview in the latest issue of GQ (UK), Dead Weather/Raconteurs/White Stripes rocker Jack White unveiled this exciting news.
“I just did a record with Jay-Z,” said White. “We did a song together a few weeks ago. It was incredible. I played him something that I’ve been kicking around for a while and he immediately came out with words for it. It’s unbelievable-sounding.”
It is no secret that both artists are quite of each other, since Hova referred to White as “Renaissance Man” and White labeled him as “just incredible”. Let’s hope the result can live up to the expectations.
