Dinosaur Jr. Shares First Single in Two Years, “Hold Unknown”
A new track on Adult Swim’s ‘Singles Series.’
Dinosaur Jr. return with a brand new single titled “Hold Unknown.” It is their first release since their 2016 album, Give a Glimpse of What Yer Not. The single is part of Adult Swim‘s ongoing Singles Series.
The high-energy track finds frontman J Mascis crooning over some revved-up guitars and supercharged drums. Mascis’s smooth vocals, drawing influences from ’60s and ’70s classic rock, is contrasted with his unique guitar sound with uses heavy feedback and distortion.
