Chris Paul and Spalding to Host Basketball Culture Panel During the NBA All-Star Weekend
On Saturday in Downtown Los Angeles.
Spalding, the official basketball of the NBA, will host an interactive fan experience at the Spalding Backcourt in DTLA during the NBA All-Star 2018 Weekend. Celebrating basketball culture, the event will include a display of basketball collaborations, athlete appearances, All-Star merchandise, and more. Chris Paul will conduct a panel discussion to explore the influence of basketball on popular culture and music will be provided by DJ D-Nice. The sports-and-culture-infused summit will be moderated by Terrence J and includes panelists Courtney Mays (NBA Wardrobe Stylist), Adam Figman (Head of Content and Editor-in-Chief, SLAM), and Lenny S (SVP, Roc Nation). The event will also include an appearance by Don C as well as a NBA2K Battle between NBA All-Stars DeMar Derozan and Damian Lillard.
