Metronomy & Robyn Share New Video for “Hang Me Out to Dry”
Visuals for the ‘Summer 08’ album track.
Directed by Montreal and Paris-based film collective Dent de Cuir, from the jump, you’ll notice the video for “Hang Me Out to Dry” has a distinctive ’80s vibe. The visual begins with a woman smoking a stogie as memories of her ex-boyfriend play out in the reflection of the car’s windows. The woman eventually visualizes herself watching her ex and his new lady in the car’s rearview mirror at which pointS begins smashing the car into pieces. Watch above.
