A Closer Look at the fragment design x TAG Heuer Carrera Heuer-02
Only 500 pieces made.

We present a closer look at the, now delivered, fragment design x TAG Heuer Carrera-02 watch. After being teased by Hiroshi Fujiwara on Instagram, the watches covertly hit TAG Heuer’s online pre-order site with a global production run of 500 units.
The collaborative watch comes in a duo-branded display box, where it houses the watch along with the two straps — a black alligator leather Bund strap, and a grey-and-black NATO strap. Moving on to the watch, we can now get a more clear look at the 39mm case, and the all-black dial/sub-dials. What sets this watch apart from the current TAG Heuer Carrera models is that the watch takes direct cues from the vintage 1963 Heuer Carrera Chronograph, and it also incorporates fragment design’s signature lightning bolts at the 12-o’clock position, and at the exhibition case-back. Another subtle detail can be seen on the luminescent markers, where a patina-like yellow color has been used, giving the watch a more aged and vintage look.
