Vans and MOONEYES have continued their collaborative relationship with a new capsule for this year’s Hot Rod Custom event. The joint release features new takes on the Authentic and Old Skool silhouettes, both of which feature a number of new touches and MOONEYES branding, as well as references to previous collaborations including last year’s Half Cab and Slip On.

For the Old Skool, Vans and MOONEYES have wrapped the sneaker in a predominantly yellow colorway. Other features of the sneaker include a surf line in a double-layer of glitter gold and white, as well as eyeball and “HOT ROD & KUSTOM SUPPLY” embroidery on the two heels. The Authentic, meanwhile, comes with a white upper covered with an all over eyeball print. Both sneakers will be available soon from the Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show web store.

As well as working with MOONEYES, Vans has also recently premiered collaborations with retailers END. and Footpatrol.
