Ye Ali & K Camp's "Wedding Bands" Single
The ‘Trap Jodeci’ singer is only going up from here.
Ye Ali, the brainchild behind Trap Jodeci delivers some holy matrimony rhymes on this latest trap-soul-esque number titled, “Wedding Bands.” The record also features Atlanta-based R&B crooner K Camp who along with Ali, finesse the track with braggadocios rhymes and hooks.
Things will only go up from here for the young Ali who will also be making a major appearance on Chris Brown’s upcoming Heartbreak on a Full Moon album set to drop on November 3. Meanwhile, do yourself a favor if you haven’t already, stream Ye Ali’s recent Passion & Patience project that released back in July that also features his standout Ashanti-sampling cut, “Talk Less.”
In regards to “Wedding Bands,” Ye Ali tells us, “I wanted to make something that sounded infectious yet effortless…I often hear songs about bands, but I’ve never heard it customized to the idea of marriage quite like this…when I posted the snippet the response was amazing so I knew it would be some of my best work.”
