Kobayashi Setsumasa’s MOUNTAIN RESEARCH has released the lookbook for its Fall/Winter 2018 collection, titled “Les Montagnards” (which translates to “mountain dwellers”) with the sub-line “for protesters.”

The new collection fuses the Japanese label’s utilitarian codes with a moody underground style, presenting a riot-inspired, all-black range emblazoned with slogans such as “Everything For the Freedom.” The lookbook extends the brand’s trademark anarchy aesthetic with a moody all-black palette contrasted against bright red flowers. On display is a wide range of outerwear and layering pieces such as anoraks, parkas, ponchos, vests, motocross pants, polo shirts and graphic tees, as well as balaclavas, berets and hats.

Check out the MOUNTAIN RESEARCH FW18 lookbook above and head over to sett.co.jp to shop the pieces.
