It’s Monday and we have a new weekly set for you. Again, the past seven days have been quite interesting as it brought numerous interesting releases. Most notably, the CDQ-version of N.E.R.D.’s Daft Punk-produced sure-to-be-a smash-hit “Hypnotize U”. As one might expect, the tune is a perfect match as it offers both bands. Kanye continued his G.O.O.D. Friday-series and shook the world with a Child Rebel Soldier-track titled “Don’t Stop!”. Although it turned out that the piece is two years old, hopes that Yeezy, Lupe and Skateboard P will get back to a studio together are revived. The sun is shining on Lloyd Banks these days, as the hype surround him is getting bigger every day. First, ‘Ye proclaimed him to be one of the Top 5 MCs, then the G.O.O.D. Music-honcho gathered Swizz Beatz, Ryan Leslie and Fabolous to appear on the G-Unit Soldier’s song “Start It Up”. Although he was not mentioned on the “Deuces”-remix, Tyga bounced back with Pharrell on “First Time”. Thus, the Young Money-representative is keeping heads up on his forthcoming solo offering. Speaking of “Deuces”, the uncensored version of the remix emerged and surprisingly left out the contributions of T.I. and Fabolous.

Further favorites among our readers included KiD CuDi’s banger “Maniac” featuring Cage, RZA’s dedication-song “Gone”, Drake’s R&B-appetizer “I Get Lonely Too”, a new J.Cole-track titled “Relaxation” featuring Omen and Fashawn and a Kids At The Bar-remix of Deadmau5 and Wolfgang Gartner’s “Animal Rights”.

We have also witnessed interesting music video releases, such as Uffie’s “Difficult”, Brandon Flowers’ “Only The Young”, Kelis’ 3-dimensional “Scream”, Foals’ “Blue Blood”, Crystal Castles’ “Baptism”, La Roux’s new video for “For The Kill”, Verbal and Yoon’s cover of The Runaways’ “Cherry Bomb”, Linkin Park’s spaced up “Waiting For The End” and Wiz Khalifa’s Steelers-anthem “Black and Yellow” .

Although his much anticipated “Lost Tapes 2”-project won’t see the light of day, Nas’ followers could enjoy in the Kutmatic-compilation.
