Dedicated to kids who had trouble fitting in at school.
YG’s 4Hunnid imprint has been missing from our pages over the last little, however, returns in a big way with an all-new lookbook campaign. “Late to School” symbolizes the struggles burdened children go through when attempting to fit in at school and society at large through a loud, rebellious streetwear lineup. Fronted by both Playboi Carti and YG, both dedicate time to help promote the brand’s latest drop.
The collection is comprised of graphic T-shirts, lightweight outerwear, long-sleeve crewneck pullovers, striped tops, caps and a pair of joggers. Standout pieces from the range include the Members Only Coach jackets, the Swarovski Crystal hoodie, and the red tartan-printed trousers, amongst others. The collection is available for purchase now via the brand’s online shop.
When asked to comment on the new collection, Gavin McNeill, Creative Director of 4Hunnid had the following to say:
“The brand is built on authenticity, pushing society and the fashion industry to respect the originality that comes from where we come from. With the Late to School collection, we’re telling the story of the kids that didn’t fit in the box of school or what society says is traditional education. We’re using unique embellishments from our era, the early 2000s, to present streetwear as a quality product, at a higher level.”
