Take a First Look at the STAMPD x BAPE Roadsta
Set to release with a collaborative garment range.
Chris Stamp of STAMPD recently took to Instagram to reveal an upcoming BAPE Roadsta collaboration. According to the post on the social media platform, Stamp hosted a dinner for close friends to celebrate the first reveal of the STAMPD x BAPE Roadsta and accompanying collaborative garment range.
As revealed in the Instagram post, the STAMPD x BAPE Roadsta will feature a speckled stone-like paneled patent leather upper accented by BAPE’s star branding along the side panels. While a white midsole with an encapsulated air heel unit and a matching rubber outsole rounds up the design of the shoe.
According to caption for the photo, the upcoming team-up is centered around Chris Stamp’s first encounter with BAPE 12 years ago in Tokyo. The founder regards the experience with the Japanese mainstay a continuing inspiration for him and his label.
