Plies has been on everybody’s radar again after going viral with his “ran off on the plug twice” line in his “Ritz Carlton” music video. The rapper/Vine sensation recruits fellow Floridian Kodak Black for his “Outchea” music video. The colorful visual features the two street-friendly artists riding in decked out old school whips, and of course partaking in some boastful behaviour.
