Rae Sremmurd Links up With Jhené Aiko on the Remix For "Sativa"
The duo and songstress get futuristic for the visual.
After releasing the remix for “Sativa” earlier this week, Jhené Aiko and Rae Sremmurd recently released a futuristic video for their team up. The Mississippi rap duo linked up with the R&B songstress to bring their signature energy to a mellow cut off of Aiko’s 2017 album, Trip.
Aside from the obvious sci-fi references, the video features a series of psychedelic cuts that accompany a loose, progressive narrative. The video ends with Aiko jotting something down in a notebook, revealing that the visual was all part of a fictional journey fuelled by psychedelics.
