Sundae School is going back to its Korean roots in the launch of its second collection, “Chapter 2: When Tigers Used to Smoke.” The title stems from the traditional Korean idiom that translates to a “long long time ago” and is reflected through the collection’s inspiration from the pre-war Seoul days. With limited made-to-order pieces, the collection ranges from basic tees to Korean hanbok-esque tops and patched Monkcoats. Standout items include the hanbok velvet “smoking” jacket with tuxedo detailing and patched Monkcoats.
Available for a limited time only, you can pre-order on the Sundae School website and select retailers across the U.S., Korea and Singapore including VFILES. Orders will start shipping from October 15 and you can check out the lookbook in the gallery above.
