adidas Celebrates New Chicago Flagship With Wicker Park-Inspired EQT Support ADV

For the brand’s latest flagship store, adidas Originals heads out to Chicago’s popular Wicker Park neighborhood to set up shop. With an opening scheduled for October 5, the sportswear label has decided to commemorate the occasion with a new EQT Support ADV.
Inspired by Wicker Park, the new EQT Support ADV is a limited-edition offering that will be available to the Chicago natives who visit the new adidas Originals flagship and reserve one of the 300 pairs available for public consumption — the entire run includes 350 pairs, but 50 are on course to be gifted to “friends and fans of adidas Originals and the EQT silhouette.” Taking its themes and style from the area the new flagship calls home, the latest EQT Support ADV has a “Wicker Park Label,” a white, red and blue colorway that symbolizes the official Chicago City Flag and a blue strip intended to represent North Milwaukee Avenue and the Chicago Blue Line transit system. For material, expect a blend of various leather, suede, knit, mesh and nubuck components.
