Rats Takes Cues From Old School Hollywood for Its 2017 Fall/Winter Lookbook
Looking to America once more.

Japanese brand RATS is known for taking cues from Americana-influenced style and this season sees the brand look to old school Hollywood glamour for its 2017 fall/winter inspiration. With the likes of James Dean and Steve McQueen being perennial style icons, their influence is seen throughout menswear — but it’s still interesting to see just how the brand has interpreted the source material.
For this season, RATS has focused on outerwear, creating a selection of leather jackets, vests and bomber jackets. Elsewhere there’s ’70s influenced cardigans, patterned shirts and some worn denim shirts.
The 2017 fall/winter collection will be available from RATS retailers, dropping in September.
