Choosing to reimagine the footwear brand’s Army Trainers, Cabourn kept its design characteristics to a bare minimum — allowing the item’s craftsmanship and functionality to play the lead role. Very much in line with his garment collections, the British-based artist leaves prints, patterns and bold hues to the wayside, while keying in on its military-inspired charm.
