Simplicity at its finest.

Renowned for its collaborative rain shoe/boot reworks alongside STUSSY Livin’ GENERAL STORE, MoonStar this time around joins forces with design maverick Nigel Cabourn to reinterpret yet another of its storied silhouettes. Choosing to reimagine the footwear brand’s Army Trainers, Cabourn kept its design characteristics to a bare minimum — allowing the item’s craftsmanship and functionality to play the lead role. Very much in line with his garment collections, the British-based artist leaves prints, patterns and bold hues to the wayside, while keying in on its military-inspired charm. Offered in black, off-white and a textured brown hue, the low-top and hi-top models’ simplicity ensures a seamless transition into any wardrobe. For more information on the shoes, be sure to visit Nigel Cabourn’s online shop.

In other footwear news, the original Nike MAGs are set to hit the auction block.
