The Effeffe Berlinetta Car Brings 1960s Car Design Into 2017
Keeping it retro.
The Effeffe Berlinetta Car looks back to go forward, bringing the retro design of some of the world’s most loved cars and marrying it with 2017 manufacture. The company was founded by two brothers, Leonardo and Vittorio Frigerio, who were fans of classic cars and motor racing and aimed to bring together that passion with modern technology. The duo have now achieved just that with the Berlinetta, which uses a rebuilt Alfa Romeo 1971 engine, which gives around 170 horsepower as well as a hand-hammered aluminium body, leather interiors and wool carpet on the inside – although the interiors can be tailored to a customer’s personal tastes. The Effeffe Berlinetta is available from the brand’s website now.
Taking car design firmly into the future is Tesla, who just unveiled images of the Model 3 car.
