Up Your Winter Wardrobe With This Yohji Yamamoto Reversible Patterned Overcoat
Fashionably functional.
Our first look at this unique Yohji Yamamoto offering came at the turn of the new year when the Japanese design maverick presented his label’s 2017 fall/winter collection up on the runways of Paris. Granted an up-close view of the outerwear option reveals a reversible overcoat with a handful of distinct features to boast. The statement side takes on a patterned print that sits somewhere in between military camo and artistic paint splatter, though, when flipped inside out — goes on to reveal something much different. While the signature pattern remains on the notched lapels, the body base adheres to a jet black color scheme with an alternate set of pockets hitting the chest and side area. Crafted from 100 percent wool, other highlights include the button closure and raglan style sleeves. Retailing for $3,570 USD, the new design is available for purchase now at Antonioli.
