adidas Gives the NMD R2 an Understated Summer Update
Two shades of grey.
adidas Originals has unveiled two new grey colorways of its NMD R2 silhouette. The contrasting colorways see the shoe come in both light grey with white specks and a darker shade of grey, with the design for both also featuring an engineered “white noise” motif on the sneaker’s upper. This drop marks the first part of adidas Originals’ four-piece NMD R2 collection releasing this month, which will also feature “Triple White” and “Black/White” options.
The two sneakers also come with a circular knit upper, a premium nubuck panel on the medial quarter and the NMD’s leather heel patch and pull tag. As well as these elements, the sneaker also features the all important NMD BOOST tooling. Both of the grey colorways are dropping just in time for summer, and will be available from the adidas web store and other select retailers from July 13.
