The magic of crinkle-cut fries revealed.

Shake Shack has been a staple in New York’s Madison Square Park for over a decade and has just released its first ever cookbook, SHAKE SHACK: RECIPES & STORIES. Written by Shake Shack CEO Randy Garutti and culinary director Mark Rosati, the book features over 70 recipes, 200 photographs, stories, tips, fun facts and an introduction by restaurateur and CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group Danny Meyer. Fans of the Shack can now recreate all its magic in the comfort of their own kitchen — everything from ShackBurgers to crinkle-cut fries, shakes and concrete custards can be found within the pages.
You can pick up a copy of the cookbook on shakeshack.com for $26 USD, on Amazon or at a local bookstore now. Since opening its official brick and mortar in 2004, Shake Shack has expanded to 23 additional locations in New York, 17 states, Washington D.C. and 11 countries.
