New Balance Continues Its Premium American-Crafted Range With Two New 1978s
Grey and mustard, perfect for the summer.

Boston-based footwear manufacturer New Balance continues to add to its American crafted range with the addition of two new 1978 colorways. Joining the red, tan, and grey offerings are a ML1978HA in wolf grey and ML1978HC in a mustard yellow. The duo features a suede and nubuck upper that has a perforated toe box making it very breathable in the summer. In addition, the thin upper makes the sneakers lightweight while sitting atop a specially crafted Vibram outsole unit. Finally, the upper hides a hint of 3M beneath the iconic “N” while the heel features embossed branding to round everything together.
You can pick up the new 1978s for $150 USD on newbalance.com and at select retailers like Up There Store.
