Axel Arigato Stockholm Brightens up With Yellow Accents
Christian Halleröd goes bold with the new minimal space.

Burgeoning fashion brand Axel Arigato has unveiled a new pop-up shop in Stockholm. While the Swedish label usually embraces a minimal and clean aesthetic for its stores and footwear, architect Christian Halleröd has switched gears for its latest location. The rather stark Plexiglas shelves, polished concrete floor, and industrial ceiling are met with bright yellow accents appearing along the oversized windows and fur-covered seating area — allowing for a more cheery disposition to the outlet. Creative director Max Svärdh stated, “For each location, I want to deliver a new experience for our customers. The surprise element for me is important.” Take a look at images of the store above and take a look at Axel Arigato’s newest apparel collection.
