The Mummy starring Tom Cruise is the first film to come from the 2017 Universal Monsters Movie Universe series — a reboot of classic thriller films similar to the approach of the Marvel Cinematic Universe series. In the newest trailer, we see Tom Cruise run through tombs and hidden labyrinths under modern-day London, dodging bullets and escaping supernatural threats alongside Annabelle Wallis (of The Tudors), Sofia Boutella (of Star Trek Beyond and Kingsman: The Secret Service) and Russell Crowe, who plays the role of Dr. Jekyll. Watch the trailer above and share your thoughts in the comments below. The Mummy will hit theaters on June 9.
