Looking ahead to the colder months of the impending fall/winter season, LA-based Second/Layer reveals an eccentric range drawing creative influence from several creative genres. Titled “Lucidly Yours,” the moody editorial highlights pieces, which adopts a lighthearted skate vibe, while revealing an introspective feeling of romance within a dream-like concept. Crewneck tops, outerwear jackets and trousers take on relaxed, free-flowing silhouettes, while ensembles expose an artistic stance towards layering, no pun intended. Harmoniously fusing in casual items with those more formal in nature, we find a button-down top paired alongside denim trousers, while a graphic-printed pullovers team up with structured two-piece suits.
