McDonald's All-New Micro Mac Rounds out a Weekend of Parody
“Just a few more and that’s lunch.”
This past weekend, we saw a bevy of April Fools jokes and hoaxes, but McDonald’s Micro Mac might’ve stood out the most. For the festivities, the fast food giant shrunk its staple menu item, the Big Mac. This caught lots of attention because of the burger’s perfect miniature appearance and accompanying videos that showed how they constructed the micro burger. Although the Micro Mac was just a hoax, the smaller-portioned burger fits into McDonald’s campaign to cater to all ranges of hunger.
