New 'Alien: Covenant' Spot Hints at 'Prometheus' Hero's Fate

Alien: Covenant has released a new spot for the highly-anticipated Ridley Scott horror flick, which features all new, never-before-seen footage. Fans that can’t wait will be happy since the latest teaser from the film hints at the fate of Noomi Rapace’s character from Prometheus. Since the reveal is a bit of a spoiler, proceed with caution.
The last we saw of Rapace character was her speeding towards the stars in a spaceship with only a disembodied head of android David next to her. Rapace’s return to the franchise was known, but in what capacity was still to be worked out. Though the details of her role in the film remain murky, the newest teaser gives her character Elizabeth Shaw a shout out. The film which also stars Michael Fassbender, James Franco and Danny McBride. Alien: Covenant comes out on May 19, 2017.
