Designer Imagines an adidas Futurecraft 4D x UltraBOOST Uncaged x Climacool Concept
Taking the best aspects of each and creating the future.
With the unveiling of the adidas Futurecraft 4D last week, the future of sneaker technology took another step forward. Hoping to further innovation, the “Calling All Creators” program by the Three Stripes looks towards designers to submit their interpretations of pushing the boundaries of design. Designer Reuben Arnold took to Instagram to submit his adidas Originals design which is a fusion of three of the most popular and advanced silhouettes for adi — the new Futurecraft 4D, UltraBOOST Uncaged, and the Climacool.
The design starts off with the UltraBOOST Uncaged’s sock-like entry system and Primeknit construction and transitions onto the Futurecraft 4D’s light and oxygen-crafted sole while finishing with the colorway and accents of the Climacool 1 in “Tactile Green” for the toe box and Three Stripes cage.
Definitely a shoe of the future, only time can tell if adidas will ever make this a reality.
