Mira gets a new body.
Last November, Paramount Pictures released the official trailer for the long-awaited Ghost in the Shell movie. Since then, the production house has dropped a handful of teasers, including the first two minutes of the Rupert Sanders-directed motion picture. This time around, a new video dubbed “Wake Up” offers fans a look at the pivotal moment when The Major first realizes that she’s a human-cyborg hybrid.
Scarlett Johansson is set to play Major Mira Killian of the Section 9 task force alongside co-stars Juliette Binoche, Michael Pitt, Chin Han, Pilou Asbaek, Beat Takeshi Kitano and Kaori Momoi. Watch the clip above and expect Ghost in the Shell to hit theaters on March 31.
