Durex Condoms Is Launching a Jean Line

Popular condom company Durex is expanding its brand by launching a jean line. Announced on Wednesday, Durex India stated the company is moving into the world of fashion, starting off by selling jeans. Accompanying the announcement, a teaser video featuring Bollywood star Ranveer Singh appeared on social media with the actor stating, “Hi guys. Durex is launching Jeans, and I’m gonna be the first one to wear it. Guys, this fits really well.”
Sitting down with Brand Equity, company official Rohit Jindal also added, “It made a lot of sense to launch Durex Jeans, which again is something strongly connected with the youth, to create a new product which is aligned to Durex’s reputation for exacting quality standards across all its categories.” The jeans will officially launch on March 25.
