Leeza SOHO Will Feature World's Tallest Atrium Once Completed
624 feet of twisting beauty.

Leeza SOHO, a mixed-use building currently under construction in Beijing’s Lize Financial Business District is slated to finish in 2018 with the world’s tallest atrium. Once completed, the 190-meter (~624 feet)-tall atrium will unite two twisting sections of office and residential space which covers 172,800 square meters (~1,860,000 square feet) across 46 floors. The base of the tower connects to a transit hub which has a subway tunnel that is also currently under construction. Zaha Hadid Architects used the surrounding environment to guide the design of the building — the split sections are being built to align with the new subway tunnel while the 45 degree twist in the rising structure is done to align with Lize Road. The 207 meter (~680 feet) Leeza SOHO will be the tallest building out of the firm’s four collaborations with SOHO China.
