About 6 Million iPhone X Units Were Sold Over Black Friday Weekend
Out of a projected 15 million already sold.
According to analysts, Apple saw an estimate of 6 million iPhone X sales over the Black Friday weekend. Out of the total 15 million units sold, about half were sold last weekend, and according to analysts, the 256 GB was twice as popular than the base model which provides only 64 GB of storage.
The report also indicates about 30 million iPhone X’s will be shipped this holiday quarter. Apple’s earnings guidance indicates that the company will sell more than 80 million iPhones in the period, a new revenue and unit record. The analysts believe iPhone X production is around 3 million units a week currently and could rise to 4 million per week in December due to its strong demand.
